Before you click buy, the Legend SE IC runs about a half-size long and a touch narrow through the midfoot, so if you have wide feet or wear thick futsal socks, try them on first. The heel lockdown is excellent once you cinch the laces, but that extra room up front is the kind of thing that either saves your toes on hard courts or leaves you swimming if you go true to size.

The upper is not the old kangaroo-leather Tiempo, yet it still has that damped, almost padded touch that makes passing in tight indoor games feel calm. You do not get a barefoot strike, but you do get forgiveness on mis-hit toe pokes and a clean, low rebound when you cushion a fizzing ball into your instep.

On dusty indoor courts the non-marking rubber outsole grips better than the smooth tread on most futsal shoes, especially when you plant for a sudden cut. The purple-to-dusty-peach fade is louder in person than in stock photos, but it stays classy because the peach only flashes on the heel and collar. If you want a Tiempo for futsal with a softer ride and a colorway that does not look like every black indoor shoe, this SE IC is a serious shout.
