Adidas F50 Pro TF Artificial Turf Soccer Shoes - Red/Solar Red/White

• Rubber nub outsole built strictly for 3G and 4G artificial turf
• Thin, slick F50 synthetic upper for an almost barefoot strike
• Red / Solar Red / White with white Three Stripes and heel counter
• Snug, slightly long fit - go half a size up if your feet run wide

The Red / Solar Red / White F50 is the loudest thing in the line right now, and it knows it. Scarlet through the midfoot bleeding into a hotter, almost neon solar red across the forefoot, white Three Stripes and a white heel counter slicing the whole thing in half. Under floodlights on a 3G pitch at night it looks radioactive, which is exactly the brief for an F50.

Strip the paint off and this version is a turf-only tool. The rubber nub outsole is the entire reason the TF exists - dozens of short conical studs spread load across the forefoot, so when you plant and cut on artificial grass the grip holds its line instead of skating out from under you. Above it sits the thin, slick synthetic upper that defines the modern F50: barely any material between your instep and the ball, which is either the best or the worst thing about the boot depending on what you grew up wearing. Through balls and quick toe-pokes feel instant; driven passes need a session or two before you fully trust the rebound.

Sizing, and this is the part people get wrong: the F50 Pro TF runs narrow and slightly long in the toe. Wide-footed players should go half a size up, and anyone coming off a leather boot should expect two or three sessions before the collar relaxes around the ankle. Not a brutal break-in, but not a slipper either. Buy it for the surfaces it was built for and you have a light, fast, unapologetically synthetic turf boot that does one job properly.
