Nike Air Zoom Mercurial Vapor 17 Elite FG Firm Ground Soccer Cleats - White/Photo Blue/Bright Crimson

• Zoom Air heel pop for fast cuts on firm ground
• Vaporposite+ upper keeps the touch direct, not mushy
• FG stud plate bites without feeling like track spikes
• White/Photo Blue/Bright Crimson is loud in a clean way

I did not expect the White/Photo Blue/Bright Crimson Vapor 17 Elite to look this sharp in person. The white base keeps it clean, but that Photo Blue sweep and Bright Crimson heel flash make it read fast without turning into a carnival shoe. Slip them on and the fit is immediately Mercurial: low, snug, and slightly unforgiving across the midfoot.

On firm ground the FG plate is the story. The forefoot sits close to the turf, so your first touch feels blunt and direct, while the Zoom Air unit in the heel gives you a small but real pop when you plant and explode. It is not a pillow; it is a sprinting aid. The upper has enough texture for passing and shooting, but you still feel the ball rather than getting a padded, leathery cushion.

Width is the warning. If you have wide feet or high arches, go half up or look elsewhere, because the Vapor 17 Elite will punish you after 60 minutes. For narrow-to-average feet, this is a lethal FG speed boot with a colorway that looks best under stadium lights.
