A lot of people will tell you the F50 Hyperfast Elite is just another speed boot. It is not. The moment you pull the Black/Electric Blue/Hyper Pink pair out of the box the upper feels almost insultingly thin, and that is the entire point - Adidas chased grams like they were owed money.

Fit is where I would slow down before buying. The last runs narrow through the midfoot and the heel sits locked by a collar that feels flimsy but works, so if you have wide plates go half a size up or go home. On firm ground the studs bite cleanly into a hard, dry pitch and the forefoot plate snaps back on your first three steps of an overlap, though heel cushioning is minimal enough that 90 minutes on frozen December grass will remind you exactly what you paid for.

Colourway-wise, a black base with electric blue streaks and hyper pink trim sounds chaotic on paper and looks genuinely mean under floodlights. Wipe it with a damp cloth, never near a radiator, and it survives the season.
